A net is a connection system between points, existing objects, living subjects. It allows a continuos transit and diffusion of particles. The world in which we live is a net. Our brain, through which we interact with the world, is also a net of specialized cells called neurons.
Switching from uv to visible light, this art installation represents the possibility of the existence of an invisible net. The sounds evoke the flow of informations through the net and between nets.
Italian Una rete è un sistema di connessione tra punti, oggetti esistenti, esseri viventi. Esso consente il transito continuo e la diffusione di particelle. Il mondo in cui viviamo è una rete. Il nostro cervello, attraverso il quale interagiamo con il mondo, è anch’esso una rete di cellule specializzate chiamate neuroni.
Passando da luce ultravioletta a luce visibile, questo installazione artistica rappresenta la possibilità dell’esistenza di una rete invisibile. I suoni evocano il flusso di informazioni attraverso la rete e tra le reti.
